HCO Construction began with a vision: to bring back integrity, reliability, and respect to the construction industry. Founder Olff Collins, after years of working in construction, recognized that too many clients were left disappointed by broken promises, hidden costs, or poor workmanship. Determined to create change, Olff partnered with his son Henro Collins to launch HCO Construction in 2020.
From the very first project, the goal was clear: treat clients like family, deliver projects with honour, and create structures that stand the test of time. What began as a family-run venture has grown into a respected name in Gauteng construction, trusted by homeowners, business owners, and developers alike.
